Terms & Conditions

  1. -The minimum period of subscription is 1 day
  2. - Subscription is allowed to be suspended once for a maximum of 15 days
  3. - In the event of any circumstances that call for an emergency refund, the refund amount will be returned after deducting the days sent
  4. - Subscription is automatically canceled if it exceeds 45 days from the start date
  5. - Regularly receiving meals
  6. - In the event that meals are not received without stopping the subscription or notifying the restaurant of the suspension, the meals will be deducted
  7. - In case of cancellation of delivery, the delivery amount is not refundable
  8. - Meals not received will be deducted from the subscription
  9. - In the event of suspension of the subscription, a minimum notice of 72 hours must be given
  10. - In the event of modification to the items, a minimum notice of 72 hours must be given
  11. - In the case of transferring to pick up from the branch, a minimum notice of 48 hours must be given
  12. - In case of changing the delivery location, a minimum notice of 48 hours must be given
  13. -In the case of choosing prepared meals on the subscription, it will get discounted from the subscription if the customer didn't pick it up
